Do I need a new phone?
Usually not. Most smartphones from recent years can read a TippDa. We are happy to check this for you free of charge.
How much does a TippDa cost?
That depends on the number of TippDa tags and the set-up. We always tell you the exact price first. Only then do you decide.
What if I lose a TippDa?
Nothing serious. A TippDa stores no bank details and no passwords to your accounts. You can order a replacement at any time.
Is it safe?
Yes. A TippDa only works very close to the phone, within a few centimetres. It only starts the task we set up together.
Can I manage without any experience?
Yes. That is exactly what TippDa is for. If you can pick up a phone, you can use it.
Where do you work?
We are based in Flensburg, close to the Danish border. We help in person across the region, and by phone and post throughout Germany and Denmark.
